I have always loved good food, which is why I became interested in this industry. I joined Cardinal through an acquaintance. My manager duties involve a lot of computer work, and I feel it is important to balance my work with sales activities. I find it rewarding when a customer compliments my wine selections or when a plan I came up with leads to a sale.
I have the opportunity to learn new things every day, and I am able to understand technical terms when preparing meeting materials. The employees are all good people, and I enjoy working with a team full of unique personalities. In the future, I would like to make use of my language skills to communicate with overseas customers as well.
Cardinal has a variety of different store formats and styles to suit each customer. It may be confusing at first, but it is a great company where you can learn a lot. I am able to balance my work and private life while also taking care of my health.

I chose the restaurant industry because I love both making things and eating, and I wanted to bring smiles to customers' faces. Although I had studied southern Italian cuisine at my previous job, my interest in northern Italian cuisine led me to this company.
Currently, I am responsible for a wide range of duties, including general cooking and menu development. I take great care of our customers as well as our staff and strive to create a comfortable working environment. From traditional dishes to the latest cuisine, I discover new things every day, and it is my pleasure to pursue the "real" taste.

I have loved the customer service industry since I was a student and wanted to work at an airport where many different people use the airport. Since there are many foreign customers, I try to respond to them in polite Japanese.
Although it is sometimes difficult because I deal with many customers every day, I find great satisfaction in my interactions with them. Through this job, I have also improved my English listening skills.
Shifts are flexible in how you spend your time, so you can spend your private time going out with your children or relaxing at home. I want to work long and healthy.

Currently, as manager of the Hankyu Ikeda Store, I am in charge of overall store operations. When I receive words of appreciation from customers, I feel glad that I chose this job.
I have participated in a variety of training programs and have gained a wide range of knowledge and experience. As I approach retirement, my goal for the future is to pass on my experience to my younger colleagues.
