In June 2024, our staff visited Kirin Distillery Fuji Gotemba Distillery to learn how to produce Kirin Japanese Whiskey Fuji, which is now attracting worldwide attention.
After touring the whiskey production process and the barrel cellar, visitors had a tasting, saw the process of cask extraction by a craftsman, and experienced hammering a cork into a barrel.

Kirin Japanese Whiskey Fuji" is soft on the palate, making it easy to serve to customers who are "new to grain whiskey.

Inspection tour of production sites in Fukui Prefecture
In March 2024, our staff was invited by Fukui Prefecture to tour the production sites in Fukui Prefecture.
Fukui is a treasure trove of ingredients nurtured by its favorable fishing grounds, blessed natural environment, and culinary culture.
The two days were filled with the charms of Fukui, which we learned about through interaction with producers and experiences at production sites, as well as issues and insights into "local production for local consumption" and "food".
Immediately after returning to Tokyo, the chefs at Antica Osteria del Ponte and Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo restaurants used ingredients from Fukui Prefecture to express the thoughts of the producers in each dish, communicating the appeal of Fukui's production areas through Italian cuisine.
