Miyoshi Corporation
Group History and Challenges

Bringing Authentic Food Culture to Japan

Since its establishment in 1951, Miyoshi Corporation Group has aimed to spread "real food culture" in Japan in the food service industry.
The Miyoshi business era began with the opening of "La Mole" in 1960, which took Ginza by storm as the No. 1 social gathering place in Ginza, and the development of YAKITORI in Paris, France. This was the first time that a full-fledged foreign restaurant was introduced to Japan.
This experience became the foundation for the development of various business categories that followed.

Continuous pursuit of authentic taste

In 1966, he opened Maxim de Paris in Tokyo (Ginza), the NO.1 three-star restaurant in France at the time.
Pierre Troisgros was invited as the first chef, offering authentic French cuisine that was not available in Japan at the time.

Challenges in Diverse Business Types

Miyoshi Corporation Group has developed restaurants serving not only French cuisine, but also Italian, Spanish, Chinese, and other cuisines from various countries. Pursuing the essence of each cuisine, we bring the best flavors to our Japanese customers.

For more than half a century, Miyoshi Corporation Group has been a pioneer in the food service industry, enriching Japan's food culture.
We will continue to provide our customers with "authentic taste" and "memorable experiences".
