入社のきっかけは知人の紹介で、高校卒業後すぐにカーディナルへ入社しました。

現在はイルカルディナーレ3店舗の統括次長として、各店舗の営業フォローや売上・集客向上の施策を店長と共に考えています。

現場ではスタッフとの日々の会話を大切にし、信頼関係を築くことを意識しています。
スタッフが楽しそうに働く姿を見ることにやりがいを感じています。

将来は開業を目標に、今の環境で多くを学び成長していきたいと考えています。

From an early age, I was interested in cooking and dreamed of working in the restaurant industry. When I was a high school student, I experienced training at Sabatini's in the Sony Building, and I strongly wanted to work in this industry.

Currently, I am in charge of all aspects of cooking. Every day, I challenge myself to do new things and always keep growth in mind as I work. In particular, supporting the growth of junior staff is a great pleasure for me.

This company allows you to broaden your work and gain a variety of experience. It is also a great place to work in the event of an emergency.

In the future, I will focus on training junior staff members as well as improving my own skills, with an eye toward becoming independent in the future. In my private life, I enjoy researching cooking and exchanging information with friends in the same industry.

I have loved the customer service industry since I was a student and wanted to work at an airport where many different people use the airport. Since there are many foreign customers, I try to respond to them in polite Japanese.

Although it is sometimes difficult because I deal with many customers every day, I find great satisfaction in my interactions with them. Through this job, I have also improved my English listening skills.

Shifts are flexible in how you spend your time, so you can spend your private time going out with your children or relaxing at home. I want to work long and healthy.

The food and beverage industry can be tough in some aspects, but you can gain a wide variety of knowledge and experience. I enjoy talking with customers and learning every day as I work.

I was attracted to the customer service industry, where I can directly interact with customers and feel their joy up close. Having previously worked in the restaurant industry, I decided to join this company because I thought I could grow further with this company.

Currently, I am in charge of a wide range of tasks at the Takarazuka and Mukonodai stores, from preparation for opening to closing operations. I especially value cooperation with staff and work with an awareness of teamwork.

I have longed for the culinary world since I was a child, partly because my father was a Chinese chef. I joined our company, a long-established Chinese restaurant, because I could experience firsthand its long history and achievements, and I thought I could test my abilities at this company.

Currently, as manager of the Hankyu Ikeda Store, I am in charge of overall store operations. When I receive words of appreciation from customers, I feel glad that I chose this job.

I have participated in a variety of training programs and have gained a wide range of knowledge and experience. As I approach retirement, my goal for the future is to pass on my experience to my younger colleagues.

In the food and beverage industry, it is important to be goal-oriented, to study every day, and to listen to the opinions of those around you.

Currently, I am mainly in charge of cooking, and I try to take good care of the ingredients and cook them carefully. It gives me great pleasure when customers tell me that their food was delicious. Another rewarding experience for me is watching my junior staff members grow and develop.

My parents run a Chinese restaurant, and I have longed for the culinary world since I was a child. I joined this company because I thought I could acquire knowledge and skills of authentic Chinese cuisine here.

Currently, my main duties are preparing and ordering ingredients, but I am also in charge of cooking dim sum and hot pots depending on the situation. When I first joined the company, I was carefully taught the basics, such as how to cut and serve ingredients. Now, I am able to work proactively on my own and support those around me.

In the future, I would like to take over the family business and open my own restaurant. In order to achieve this goal, I am working hard every day to become a full-fledged chef.
